You have the option to send internal messages, but also to contact our teams easily, directly from your back office.
Here are the options available to you:
Send a message from the back office
To communicate internally with your colleagues using the platform or with our teams, go to the "Tracking" tab in the left side menu. Here, select the topic you want to address: Applications, Videos, or Orders.
Once you have clicked on the application, video, or order you wish to discuss, you will have access to 3 or 4 options:
- Internal Notes: This allows you to leave messages for your colleagues, aiding in decision making. For example, if you are unsure about selecting a candidate, feel free to ask for the opinions of other users on your account.
- Skeepers Chat: This space allows for message exchanges between your teams and the Skeepers teams. You can create a new topic or respond to an existing one, maintaining a conversational logic.
- * Ambassador: When an order is placed, the creator can send a message to provide certain information (product variants, project specifications, or availability for delivery). This is where these specifics will be displayed.
- History: Here you will find the entire project timeline, as well as any associated comments.
* This part is only available if the ambassador has sent a message at the time of their order.
View and respond to messages
Go to the bottom of your dashboard to see if you have any new messages. They are sorted by topic: Application, Order, Video. Select the category of your choice by clicking on "See more" to display the different messages.
You can also view your messages on the tracking page, identifying projects that contain unread messages through the last column: "Message":
You can click on the sort arrow at the top of the column to prioritize projects with unread messages.
Here is how you can handle the messages:
- To view a message: click on it. The read message will no longer have a blue dot and will no longer be displayed in bold.
- Note that you can attach up to 3 files to a message.
- To reply to a message: click on the small arrow on the left.
- To delete a message: click on the 3 dots. Deletion is possible as long as there is no reply to the message.
- To pin a message to the top: click on the small pin icon. You can also unpin the message at any time.
