YouTube Automation option: How to broadcast your videos?

The YouTube Automation option allows you to automate the uploading of ambassador videos to your YouTube channel.

Our Skeepers teams then take care of uploading the videos to your channel, via the Skeepers back office. To do this, it is necessary to designate "Skeepers" as an administrator of your YouTube channel.

Skeepers is not responsible for broadcasting the videos but for the uploading of the videos.
All videos will be uploaded in "unlisted" or "private" status. You then retain control over the distribution of your videos on your YouTube channel.

How does it work?

Your Campaign Manager takes care of creating the template. Our teams ensure to develop an optimized template to improve the SEO of your videos.

The template will then be presented to you for validation or modification.

Then, Skeepers will use this template as a model to follow for the uploading of the videos.

What is the YouTube Automation template?

Here are the elements that the template contains:

Video title

Our teams can integrate certain elements to improve your SEO.
For example, the product name at the beginning of the title, the brand name, the words "review" or "test".
Note that the limit is set at 100 maximum characters.
Here's what it could look like: {product_name} - {ambassador_first_name}'s Review - Skeepers Client

Video description

It's also important to use variables and highlight crucial elements (product name, description, reference, product sheet, brand's social networks,...)

Tags

Tags that best correspond to your videos will be chosen: brand name, sector of activity, product review, customer review... They are identical for all videos and must therefore remain general.

Playlist to upload the videos to

Creating a dedicated playlist for your Skeepers ambassador videos is recommended. This will not only facilitate tracking the upload of the videos, but also playback and search for videos for users.
For example: "Product Reviews - Customer Videos", "Our Testers' Reviews", or "Customer Testimonials".

Video status

Videos can, for example, be categorized as unlisted or private. This way, you can access videos with this status, then publish the videos you want to distribute.

Here's a concrete example of how a template would look like:

In addition to YouTube Automation: External Videos

With the YouTube Automation option and the Skeepers Player, you also have the possibility to directly broadcast videos from your YouTube channel on your product sheets.

Thus, you will be able to independently import your videos individually or in bulk, to integrate them into the Skeepers Player. This will allow you to collect performance data on these videos, which will be available on your back office.

This part is not managed by the Skeepers team, so it is necessary for the Skeepers Player to be integrated into your website
