🔔 New: how to find out the ambassadors' trust index on the back-office?

The recently introduced feature on the Consumer Videos solution allows you to simplify the management of your ambassadors.

This enhancement is designed to help you make more informed and effective decisions throughout your campaigns.

Feature Description

Within the Skeepers teams, Project Managers and Campaign Managers can now assign a trust index to each ambassador. This assignment is based on specific criteria, allowing you to know if an ambassador is reliable and produces quality videos.

Here is a summary of the classification criteria and what they mean:

High trust index

When an ambassador has a high trust index, a green circle is displayed around their profile picture in the project overview. This indicates:

    1. They are responsive
    2. They produce quality videos that meet expectations
    3. They are reliable and trustworthy for your UGC projects

The assigned index is not permanent; it can change based on the ambassador's performance. Therefore, check the status before making decisions, as it could shift from "high" to "low," and vice versa.

Low trust index

If an ambassador has a low trust index, a red circle is displayed around their profile picture. This potentially indicates:

  1. Video quality that is not optimal in terms of output
  2. Non-submission of video rushes or submission of non-compliant rushes
  3. A lack of responsiveness
  4. In more extreme cases, actions leading to warnings

If you have selected an ambassador with a low trust index or confirmed their order by mistake, don't worry! Consult our teams or your Campaign Manager, who can explain the reasons behind this categorization.

In case no index is defined

Many ambassadors might not have either a green or a red circle around their profile picture. This means the ambassador is new, or the opinion about them is neutral.

Keep in mind that ambassadors with a high trust index are in fact among the best, which doesn't mean that those without index are any less qualitative. Don't hesitate to collaborate with them!

Our Usage Recommendations

This feature is designed to guide you in the selection and management of your ambassadors. Here are some application scenarios:

  • Application selection: The high or low trust index allows you to quickly assess the quality and relevance of applications during the selection phase.
  • Product orders: The index helps you accept or reject a product order before engaging in this exchange relationship with the ambassador.
  • Proposing new participation: You can offer an ambassador to participate a second time in your campaign. This indicator helps you determine if you can rely on this ambassador for new participation.
