How to determine your logistics process?

The logistics process is a key element of your campaign, which is why it is important to define it in advance and in an informed manner.

Well-orchestrated logistics management improves ambassador satisfaction and the quality of the videos produced, which is essential for the success of your campaign.

Selection Criteria

At the time of signing the contract, you will choose and validate a logistics process. You have two options regarding this aspect: 

  1. You want to be autonomous in logistics management
  2. You prefer to delegate this part to the Skeepers teams

 

To make this decision, you can base it on your company's internal situation, but also help yourself with the following questions:

  • Available resources: Do you have a team dedicated to logistics management? Are there employees available to handle it?
  • Internal expertise: Does your team have the necessary experience to manage ambassador orders and the related stock?
  • Order volume: What is the quantity of products to be managed?
  • Specific needs: Are there any particular requirements for the products or deliveries?

Let's now see what each mode of operation involves and means.

Autonomous Logistics Management

If you are autonomous in logistics management, it means that you handle the shipment of orders to ambassadors and stock management. This remains a simplified procedure thanks to direct management from the Consumer Videos back office.

Note that it is important to regularly update order statuses, as well as tracking information, if you manage the shipments yourself. 

To manage logistics, go to the left side menu, then to your campaign. Within the "Tracking" tab, you can go to "Orders".

This is where you will find the information related to your ambassadors' orders. You can check their information, the products ordered, the status of their orders, the order and shipment dates, the order statuses, etc.

Delegating Logistics to Skeepers

If you decide to delegate logistics management to us, we will handle the orders and the related stock on your behalf. 

It is then necessary to choose the process to be implemented from these two solutions:

  1. Zero code: You can provide us with a dedicated discount code, also called a zero code, which covers the cost of the product and shipping fees. This will allow us to purchase the product directly on your site and send it to the ambassador.
  2. Budget: Alternatively, you can establish a monthly or annual product budget, allocating funds to us to manage your ambassadors' orders.
