Creating and using a QR Code allows you to associate it with an ambassador video or your product sheet. Bring together your offline strategy and your online content!
Here are the steps to follow:
1 - QR Code Template Creation
It is possible to create a QR Code template, branded and customized according to your needs. You can also create as many as you want, independently.
When choosing the color of your QR Code, you can use the "color picker" that appears to choose it directly or enter your HEX, RGB, or HSL references. The color will automatically synchronize on the preview.
Regarding text fields (QR Code export name or catchphrase), you can automatically fill them in with "Available keys". They will display data related to the video or product concerned.
Example: "Discover our {{{PRODUCT_NAME}}}" will be displayed at export as "Discover our Wood Brush".
2 - QR Code Generation
Two possibilities are available for generating your QR Codes:
- Generation by video: if you want to perform individual generation, it is possible to generate the QR Code of one video at a time. This can be useful when you only need the QR Code of a specific video.
- Mass generation: you will generate unique QR Codes for multiple videos at once, following the same template only.
GENERATION BY VIDEO:
- Click on the "Follow-up" tab and then "Videos" in the left sidebar menu and choose the video for which you want to generate a QR Code
- Scroll down the page until you reach the "QR Code Download" block, where you will find your previously configured templates:
- Select the template you want to apply to your video and click "Download"
- The QR Code will automatically download to your computer in PNG format. You just have to use it!
MASS GENERATION:
- Go to "QR Code" then "Generation" in the left sidebar menu
- Here you will find the list of all your published videos, which you can display by 25/50/100/150 at a time.
- Search for one or more videos using the search bar at the top of the page. It is possible to search by: product title, video title, ambassador name.
- Select the videos you want and choose the QR Code template to apply to these videos. You just have to download your QR Codes by clicking on "Download". A .zip file containing each QR Code in PNG format will automatically download to your computer.
You can select all videos at once by clicking "Select All". If you have multiple pages, you can select all videos from the following pages by clicking the link at the top of the page.
3 - QR Code Performance Analysis
By going to the "Data" section of your menu, you will find a new "QR Code" tab allowing you to consult all the information regarding your generated QR Codes.
You will be able to apply filters (concerned campaign if you have several, period on which the data was collected, data periodicity) to refine the results to analyze.
You will find the following information:
- The distribution of the total number of scans according to the used templates
- The segmentation or temporal distribution of scans of different templates
- The list of videos that allows you to know which videos are the most scanned, but also the number of scans performed. You will also have access to the QR Code name and its redirection
