You can view, approve, or reject applications directly from your space. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Access the page
Click on the "Follow-up" tab of your campaign from the left sidebar menu, then click on "Applications":
2. Filter the displayed applications
Use the filters to filter applications to be approved. To only view requests for moderation, select the filters "To be moderated" and "Complete Applications" or "Pending" and "Complete Applications":
3. Select the application for which you want to make a decision
Click on the candidate's name to access the profile. You will find :
- On the left: the applicant's personal information, as well as the e-mail history and the history of each stage of the application.
- On the right: the choice of application status (validate, maybe, refuse). Before making your choice, you can watch the candidate's video presentation, and read his or her answers to the form to guide your decision.
If you are still unsure, you can assign the "Maybe" status and leave internal notes for your team to assist you in this decision.
If you approve or reject an application, the creator will receive an automatic email informing them of your choice.
However, if the application has the "Maybe" status, it will remain pending, and the creator will not receive an email. That's why we recommend leaving this status temporarily.
