Several reasons may lead you to want to allow an ambassador to participate again in your campaign:
- you greatly enjoyed their first participation and wish to renew the experience
- there was an issue with their order (lost package, error, etc.)
- the order was cancelled
So, if you wish for the ambassador to select a new product, here are the steps to follow:
1. Go to the "Orders" tab in the left sidebar menu
2. Click on the ambassador of your choice
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, to the "New orders" section
Here, click on "Authorize another order".
The message displayed with the cross will change and display this one:
When you confirm wanting to authorize a new order, the ambassador is informed via email. Know that this action is irreversible.
