How much time do the ambassadors have to send their videos?

You have accepted your ambassador and sent the product, here's what happens next:

Once the ambassador is validated by your team, they will have access to your product catalog that you have made available to ambassadors. They can then select the product of their choice. 

Upon receiving the product, the ambassador then has 2 weeks, to send us their video. 

This is a default timeframe on the platform; it can be adjusted based on your needs. 

This timeframe may vary depending on the product, ambassador's availability, or other factors. For example, here are some use cases:

  • The product is a treatment that must be completed over a one-month period before providing feedback on its effectiveness.
  • The product needs to be tested over an extended period for an authentic review.
  • The product is complex to use and may require more time to set up.

💡 After sending the product, 3 reminder emails are automatically sent to the ambassador in case the video is not posted on the platform within the specified timeframe.

The frequency of these emails is set by default but can also be customized.
