How do ambassador notifications and reminders work?

As part of the video creation process, several automated emails are sent to ambassadors:

Upon product shipment

An email is automatically sent to the ambassador as soon as you update the dispatch status in your "orders" area.

Once the status has been set to "sent", the creator will be informed and will be able to await delivery of their parcel:

Follow-up emails

Our system includes 3 follow-up emails:

  • 7 days after product submission: indicating that the creator then has 10 days to submit his video.
  • 15 days after product dispatch.
  • Between 20 and 30 days after product dispatch.

Once the video sent by the ambassador, the train of email notifications will automatically stop.

The times indicated are the default times in the platform.

To change the time between emails, or the content and subject of the email, please contact your Campaign Manager.

You can track the status of these emails directly from the "orders" page of your account.

A countdown will be displayed for each ambassador:

💡 I'd like to allow an ambassador to take part several times in the same campaign.
