Email Reminder Notifications

3 automatic reminder emails are scheduled from the moment the order status changes to "Sent" on your Consumer Videos space.

Feel free to contact your Campaign Manager to customize these emails, and check this article for more information. Indeed, you can adjust their design, content, and sending frequency according to your needs.

What's Next?

If you have no further communication from your ambassador a few days after the last email reminder: do not hesitate to contact your Campaign Manager.

Skeepers will then get in touch with them and take the necessary steps.

It's possible that we have received the video, but it's currently being processed or in post-production by our teams. If so, it will be quickly moved to the "To moderate" videos.
