In your application tracking space, you can accept, reject, or put certain candidates on hold.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Go to the relevant tab
In the sidebar menu, click on "Followup" then "Applications" of your campaign:
2. Select the appropriate filters
Click on "Fully completed applications" and "Pending" to combine them, so you only view complete applications that need to be processed:
If you have opted for pre-moderation of applications by Skeepers, you can directly click on the "To moderate" filter.
3. Click on the application of your choice
4. Select "Maybe"
We advise you not to leave applications in "Maybe" status for too long.
Indeed, this should remain temporary as candidates invest a lot and appreciate receiving a response, whether positive or negative.
