If you have validated an order by mistake, or if you wish to reverse your decision, you have the possibility of refusing an order:
Procedure :
- Go to the Platform > Catalog > Orders tab.
- Select the order you wish to reject by clicking on the "Reject" button.
- Then click on "Save".
- By refusing an order, you automatically authorize the ambassador to select a new product.
An automatic e-mail will be sent to the ambassador, informing them that their product is no longer available.
