You may encounter delivery issues (damaged product, delivery failure, lost package, etc.). In such cases, you can declare an order problem.
To declare a problem, click on the "Problem" button in the "Orders" tab.
A window will open to provide the cause of the problem. You can choose from the dropdown list the problem that best matches your situation and then add an explanatory comment.
Multiple problems can be declared for the same order.
The "Problem" filter allows to display all orders with an issue.
To declare the resolution of the problem, simply return to the order detail page (by clicking on the line in the list) and click on the "Problem solved" button.
⚠️ When a problem is declared, consider these two consequences:

Order status changes are disabled

The automatic email sending procedure is paused until all issues are solved
