The products you import make up the product catalog that will be offered to ambassadors.
You can add a single product or multiple products at once, depending on your needs. To do so, go to the "Products" tab from the left sidebar menu.
Importing a single product individually
- Click on the + icon at the top of the page
- Then, fill out the form by providing information about your product and save:
Required fields are indicated by an asterisk*.
Know:
- Brief steps: This field allows you to define specific brief steps for this product, which will be communicated to ambassadors.
- Brief PDF: Here, you can define a specific brief for this product by uploading your brief PDF.
Without completing these fields, Skeepers will send the general elements configured by our teams. Feel free to contact your Campaign Manager for more information.
Good practice: use the default brief for all your products (except in exceptional cases). This avoids overly restricting the ambassador, thus ensuring better authenticity.
Importing multiple products simultaneously
- To import multiple products at once, click on the 2nd icon, shaped like a document:
- Then, on this page, add your CSV or XLSX file type
If you wish, you can use this template:
- Regardless of the file format you use to import the catalog, you can define the content of each column by clicking on the top of the column in the "Type to search" dropdown menu.
- Additionally, you can enable automatic archiving of products you are re-importing by checking the "Enable archived products" option:
Duplication rules:
When a product already exists, no re-import is performed for it to avoid deleting modifications made directly in the back office.
A file is then generated to indicate which product was not imported. You can thus decide whether or not to put the product back in the catalog by searching for it on the product page and editing its content.
Even if you add the product images with a URL in the Excel file, we will proceed to download these images. If you wish to change the image of your product later on, please upload a new image in the product detail page.
