Do you want to archive a specific product, or even all of your products? Here’s how:
To start, regardless of your situation, go to the "Products" tab from the left sidebar menu.
1. Archiving a Single Product
If you only want to archive a specific product, follow these steps:
- Find the product in question (feel free to use the search bar if needed)
- Click on the "Archive" button directly from the product line, in the last column "Actions":
You can also perform this action at the bottom of the product’s page by activating the following button:
When you archive a product:
- It no longer appears in the catalog.
- This action is irreversible, meaning you will have to re-import it if it’s a mistake.
- Any linked and ongoing orders will be canceled: be careful!
2. Archiving Multiple Products
You also have the option to archive all the products you no longer want in your catalog.
To do this, simply click on the icon all the way to the right:
Note that during a product import, there will be no duplicates. Our solution will automatically detect if a product has been archived and will offer to restore it to your catalog.
