Request a modification on the video editing

You may want to make a change to the editing of a video, or in rarer cases, the video may not align with the brief defined with Skeepers.

There are two possible scenarios:

  • The video is unusable. If the video poses a danger to the public or the ambassador does not adhere to the product usage guidelines, we encourage you to contact your Campaign Manager to find a solution.
  • This can be resolved in editing. In this case, you need to request a modification to the editing from our team. We will go through the steps in this article.

1. Filtering videos that require action from you

Once your video is received and post-produced by Skeepers, it will be found in the "Follow-up" > "Videos" tab of the left sidebar menu.

In this tab, click on the "To moderate" filter, and select the relevant video.

2. Requesting a modification

Once you have viewed the video, if it does not meet your requirements, you can scroll down to the "Moderation" section.

Check the status "The video does not comply with the brief defined with Skeepers".

A section allowing you to write a comment will appear:

You can then detail here the modifications you wish to make! We recommend following these best practices:

  • Centralize all your modification requests in one single comment.
  • Be specific in your request: specify the exact moment (time code in minutes) when you want the modification to be applied, as well as a clear description (for example: "Cut from 00:31 to 00:34").

Don't forget to save so that your comment is properly transmitted to our teams.

After your request, the video status will change from "To moderate" to "Under review". Once the modifications are made, the video will return to "To moderate" status. You can then view it again to approve it.

Modifications may sometimes take longer as they may require reaching out to the ambassador again to obtain additional elements.
