Once you have approved a video, unfortunately, it is not possible to reverse your decision.
Indeed, the ambassador receives an automatic email when the video is approved, informing them of your choice.
This is why it is necessary to be very careful at the time of approval and to thoroughly check every aspect of the video.
How to proceed?
If you haven't approved the video yet and it does not meet your expectations, you can request modifications.
However, if you have approved it but it truly does not align with your needs and the established brief, we recommend not publishing or broadcasting it. It will remain available in your back office as approved but cannot be archived or deleted.
If there is only a small part of the video that does not meet your expectations upon reflection, you can download or broadcast only a snippet of it.
