Watch, check and approve the Videos you have received

Video Management Tab gives you access to your ambassadors' videos once our teams have completed post-production. 

This tab displays videos created by your campaign ambassadors. Feel free to check this page regularly to view/consult pending videos and track the total number of approved videos.

Check the videos

First, go to the "Followup" tab of your campaign and then "Videos":

You will arrive at this tracking table:

Here, you can filter videos based on these 3 statuses:

• 🔔 To moderate: videos that are pending your validation, to approve or request modifications.
• ⏱️ Under review : videos that are under review by the Skeepers teams, especially when you request modifications.
• ✔️ Validated: videos that have been approved.

Approve a video or request modifications

To do this, you can access the relevant video by clicking on it directly in the video tracking tab or by going to the ambassador's profile. 

You will find:

• Ambassador's personal information
• Messaging tab (internal notes, Skeepers chat, history)
• Video created by the ambassador
• Information about the tested product 
• Subtitles option
• QR Code option
• Moderation:

This is where you can express your choice regarding the video:

• If the video suits you, you can check the first option. It will then be approved and can be broadcast. 
• If the video does not meet your expectations, select the second option and add a comment explaining your decision so that the Skeepers team can make the requested modifications. The video will then be under the "Under review" status before being back to moderation. 

Once the video is approved, it cannot be reversed.

Access the detailed video page

Once the video is approved, you can still open its detailed page:

In this tab, you can:

• Check the edited video (if available)

• Edit / download subtitles (.SRT file)
