If the ambassador no longer wishes to create the video, you can then, if you wish, cancel the order for the product.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to your order tracking (Campaign > Followup > Orders) from the left side menu:
- Select the video or creator of your choice (use the search bar if necessary)
- Scroll down to the "Order" section
- Click on "Cancel order"
The product will then be back in stock in your catalog and the ambassador will receive an e-mail telling him that his order has been cancelled.
They will not be able to select a new product. If you wish to authorize them to do so, here's how.
